This 16" x 6" factory OEM 12-hole take-off wheel was available on several Ford Transit 350 DRW trims, including the following:

Ford offered this wheel in the silver finish seen here and a white finish, which we do not carry at this time. These OE 16-inch Ford wheels are an excellent replacement for a damaged factory wheel, whether cracked, bent, or scuffed. Please note this is a take-off wheel and may have cosmetic imperfections, dust, or rust; however, it has never been driven on.
