    Return Policy

    Returns & Replacements

    If for any reason, you are unsatisfied or simply no longer need the wheel, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt, as long as the wheel remains in the same condition as it was received.  We do not charge restocking fees; however, you are responsible for the shipping cost unless the item is found to be defective or mistakenly shipped.  

    THE RIGHT TO RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE IS FORFEITED ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN INSTALLED OR MOUNTED

    Some of the common alterations to the wheel that void the return policy are, but not limited to:

    • Mounting the wheel to a tire;
    • Mounting the wheel to a vehicle;
    • Installing a valve stem on the wheel;
    • Installing wheel weights to the wheel;
    • Painting or sanding;
    • Damage from an attempted installation or balancing.

    Wheels must be returned with the original packaging.  Please contact a customer service representative to set up an RMA.  Please provide pictures and as much detail to the issue as possible.  Contact us by phone at 877-788-8283 or by email at support@wheelership.com.  Once an RMA is set up, a return label will be sent via email, and the package will need to be dropped off at a local FedEx facility, FedEx Authorized Shipping Outlet or with a FedEx driver.

     

    Warranty

    WheelerShip provides a one-year full product warranty on all our wheels. This covers manufacturer’s defects related to finish and workmanship.

    All wheels provided for sale on our site are warrantied to the purchaser to be free of manufacturers’ defects for one year from the original date of purchase. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at support@wheelership.com. You will be required to provide photographs of the front and back of the wheel, in addition to photographs of the defect(s). You will also be required to return the defective merchandise to WheelerShip, at no return shipping cost to you.

    WheelerShip does not acknowledge any and all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

    WheelerShip’s liability is limited to replacement of or full refund for the defective wheel. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect handling, installation, or modifications of any kind. We are also not responsible for any labor charges or any other miscellaneous expense related to the installation or use of our wheels.

    Please note WheelerShip will not replace or repair wheels that have been subject to misuse or outright abuse, which includes but is not limited to the following:

    • Surface damage due to neglect, road salt, harsh conditions, or improper wheel cleaning (including the use of abrasive brushes or damaging chemicals)
    • Surface damage that occurred during improper tire mounting and installation (including improper tool usage and damage caused by wheel weights) or improper center cap installation or removal
    • Impact damage such as bends, cracks, etc.
    • Exceeding the maximum wheel load weight, or using an oversized tire
    • Accidents that result in nicks, scratches or other surface blemishes
    • The use of spacers or adapters of any kind
