If for any reason, you are unsatisfied or simply no longer need the wheel, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt, as long as the wheel remains in the same condition as it was received. We do not charge restocking fees; however, you are responsible for the shipping cost unless the item is found to be defective or mistakenly shipped.
Some of the common alterations to the wheel that void the return policy are, but not limited to:
Wheels must be returned with the original packaging. Please contact a customer service representative to set up an RMA. Please provide pictures and as much detail to the issue as possible. Contact us by phone at 877-788-8283 or by email at email@example.com. Once an RMA is set up, a return label will be sent via email, and the package will need to be dropped off at a local FedEx facility, FedEx Authorized Shipping Outlet or with a FedEx driver.
The WheelerShip offers a limited lifetime warranty on the finish on all of our wheels. This covers paint defects and workmanship.
WheelerShip will not replace or repair wheels that have been subject to misuse or outright abuse, which includes but is not limited to the following:
The WheelerShip also offers a limited lifetime structural warranty on all wheels, that covers any structural defects that could impact fitment or performance. This does not include impact damage, such as bends, cracks, etc.
Chrome wheels from The WheelerShip also hold a 1 year warranty on the chrome plating itself. Any peeling that occurs within the first year without any sign of misuse or impact is also covered on top of the cosmetic and structural warranties listed above.
