Shipping Policy

The WheelerShip’s goal is to fulfill your order as soon as possible, getting the products into your hands and onto your vehicle faster. Tracking numbers are provided with all orders when possible, letting you know where your order is and when you will receive it.

Handling Time - Wheels are shipped out the same business day, Monday-Friday, as long as payment clears before 5:30pm EST. Each listing will show the remaining time for an order to be processed and shipped that same day as long as the listing is being viewed on a business day prior to 5:30pm EST. Any wheel orders placed over the weekend will be sent out the following business day.  Transit times are listed below.  These times do not include the handling time mentioned above.

All prices include standard ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states.  UPS Ground shipments deliver Monday-Friday, with some select locations offering standard Saturday deliveries.  Expedited shipments are delivered Monday-Friday.

UPS 3 Day Select – 3 business days

Standard Ground – 1-6 business days (delivery times are not guaranteed, but our current rate of success within the timeframe is over 98%)

Packaging - We make sure to package all of our wheels in sturdy boxes with protective materials, so that they arrive in pristine condition and without any scratches. You can view the packaging here.

Signature - Due to overwhelming customer request, signature is not required on our shipments, so please make sure you have someone home to receive the package on the expected delivery date.

Address Changes - Adresses can not be changed once an order has been placed.  Please make sure the full address is correct, including apartment or suite #s, before placing your order.

Tracking Numbers

When your order is sent out, WheelerShip will send you a tracking number via email so that you may monitor your order’s progress. Keep in mind that your tracking number may take 24 hours to update in the UPS system, meaning that it won’t always display the most current location of your package.
