Shipping Policy

The WheelerShip’s goal is to fulfill your order as soon as possible, getting the products into your hands and onto your vehicle faster. Tracking numbers are provided with all orders when possible, letting you know where your order is and when you will receive it.

Handling Time - Wheels are shipped out the same business day, Monday-Friday, as long as payment clears before 5:30pm EST. Each listing will show the remaining time for an order to be processed and shipped that same day as long as the listing is being viewed on a business day prior to 5:30pm EST. Any wheel orders placed over the weekend will be sent out the following business day.  Transit times are listed below.  These times do not include the handling time mentioned above.

All prices include standard UPS Ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states.  UPS Ground delivery is Monday-Friday while some areas also offer a Saturday delivery. 

**Expedited shipments are delivered Monday-Friday only**

Shipping Options* - 

UPS Next Day Air Early A.M. (Delivery by 9am) – 1 business day 

UPS Next Day Air – 1 business day 

Standard Ground – 1-5 business days (delivery times are not guaranteed, but our current rate of success within the timeframe is over 98%)

** UPS may not offer all of these shipping options to every location.  

March 24, 2020: UPS has suspended guaranteed delivery for ALL shipments until further notice due to the Coronavirus, this includes express & overnight packages.  

Wheel Packaging - In order to ensure the wheels get to you safely, each wheel is packaged and shipped individually.  We make sure to package all of our wheels in sturdy boxes with protective materials, so that they arrive in pristine condition and without any scratches. Signature - Due to overwhelming customer request, signature is not required on any of our shipments unless it is specifically chosen at checkout.  There is a fee of $5 per package to have a signature required upon delivery.  Please note: If the signature required option is not chosen during checkout, Wheelership and UPS are not responsible for any package that were confirmed delivered.  If you believe your package was missdelivered, contact customer service right away. 

Address Changes - Addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed.  Please make sure the full address is correct, including apartment or suite #s, before placing your order.

Return to Sender- Packages that are returned to sender for any reason, including but not limited to; address undeliverable, wrong street number or refused by recipient are subject to a return shipping fee for each package.

*Some options are only available for specific products due to shipping rates and the rate of damage. 

Tracking Numbers

When your order is sent out, WheelerShip will send you a tracking number via email so that you may monitor your order’s progress. Keep in mind that your tracking number may take 24 hours to update in the UPS's system, meaning that it won’t always display the most current location of your package.
