Shipping Policy

    Shipping & Delivery

    All orders completed by 5:30pm eastern Monday through Friday are shipped out the same business day. Orders completed after 5:30pm eastern or over the weekend will be sent out the next business day. Free ground shipping is included in the price of each product (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

    Shipping Times

    Standard Ground/Home Delivery: 1 – 5 business days (please note Saturday delivery is not available in all areas)
    2 Day: 2 business days
    Standard Overnight: 1 business day (delivery by 3pm)
    Priority Overnight: 1 business day (delivery by 10:30am)

    Please note: Expedited shipments are delivered Monday through Friday only. Shipping carriers may not offer all shipping service options to every location.

    Wheel Packaging
    In order to ensure your order gets to you safely, each wheel is packaged and shipped individually. We make sure to package all of our wheels in sturdy boxes with protective materials, so that they arrive in pristine condition and without any scratches. You can view the packaging here.

    Tracking Numbers
    When your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email so that you can monitor your order's progress. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to appear in the shipping carrier's system.

    No Signature Required
    Signature is not required on our shipments. Please note that due to the pandemic, shipping carriers are leaving signature collection up to the driver's discretion, so we are not offering this option at this time. WheelerShip is not responsible for any package confirmed delivered. If you believe your package is missing or was delivered incorrectly, please contact customer service right away.

    Address Changes
    Addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed. Before placing your order, please confirm the full address is correct, including apartment, floor, or suite number.

    Return to Sender
    Packages that are returned to sender for any reason, including but not limited to address undeliverable, wrong street number, or refused by recipient are subject to a return shipping fee for each package.

    We understand that sometimes you need to cancel an order. If so, please reach out to our Customer Care Team and we we will do our best to accommodate you.
