Returns & Replacements

If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with or simply no longer need the item, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item remains in the same condition as it was received.  We do not charge restocking fees; however, you are responsible for the shipping cost unless the item is found to be defective or mistakenly shipped.   

THE RIGHT TO RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE IS FORFEITED ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN INSTALLED OR MOUNTED. 

Some of the common alterations to the wheel that void the return policy are, but not limited to:

  • Mounting the wheel to a tire;
  • Mounting the wheel to a vehicle;
  • Installing a valve stem on the wheel; 
  • Installing wheel weights to the wheel; 
  • Painting or sanding; 
  • Damage from an attempted installation or balancing. 

Items must be returned in the original packaging.  To request an RMA, please contact our Customer Care Team to set up an RMA at (877) 788-8283 or by email at [email protected].  You will be asked to provide photographs of the merchandise and packaging. Once an RMA is approved, a return label will be sent via email, and the package will need to be dropped off at a local UPS/FedEx facility, UPS/FedEx Authorized Shipping Outlet, or with a UPS/FedEx driver.
