To Our Customers:

The safety of our team, our customers and our community is and has always been a top priority here at The Wheelership.  With consideration of the current pandemic the world is facing, known as COVID-19, we have made some changes to our day to day structure. We are continuing to follow the advice of the CDC to do our part in helping keep our team, customers and the community safe.   We will continue to update with any changes or important information below.


March 16, 2020

  • We have made the decision to move as much of our staff as possible to working remotely until further notice.  Our customer service staff will still be answering phone calls and emails during our normal business hours of 8 AM EST – 5:30 PM EST. 
  • Our same day shipping is still in place however, as things progress, there may be delays in transit with UPS and USPS, our partnered shipping carriers. 
  • As always, we will try to keep our pricing as low and as competitive as possible.  During this time, as we learn to navigate the effects of the virus, and the impact on our supply, as well as try keep all of our staff on board, our pricing may fluctuate more than usual.  Your patience and support is very much appreciated.

  • While the Governor of New Jersey has issued an executive order to shut down all non-essential retail business, since we do not have a store front, and are just a warehouse, we are still able to ship our items.  We are continuing to follow the state, CDC and WHOs guidelines to do our part in keeping our staff and community safe. 

March 24, 2020

  • UPS has suspended guaranteed delivery for ALL shipments until further notice, this includes express & overnight packages.
