The safety of our team, our customers, and our community is our top priority here at WheelerShip. Like so many other businesses, we have needed to make some adjustments to our day-to-day operations in the face of the COVID-19 crisis, as we follow the guidance of the CDC, in addition to our state and local authorities. We will continue to provide updates as the situation progresses.
- Our customer service staff is working remotely during our normal business hours of 8AM EST – 5:00PM EST
- Our fulfillment team is working hard in our warehouse to continue to serve our customers, but we are currently operating with smaller teams and shifting schedules on-site in accordance with state social distancing and curfew requirements. You may experience some delays in shipping or transit times, and while we are in constant contact with our shipping partners, at this time shipping/delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, including express & overnight packages
- As always, we will try to keep our prices as competitive as possible. Our pricing may be more dynamic than usual, as we are learning new things every day about the impact of COVID-19 on our business. Your patience and support is very much appreciated
