Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

Free ground shipping is included in the price of each product (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

Handing Times

  • All wheel, wheel accessories, brakes and other parts/accessories orders completed by 5:30pm Eastern Monday through Friday are shipped out the same business day. Orders completed by 2:30pm Eastern on Saturday will ship out that day. Orders placed after the Saturday shipping cut-off will ship on the next business day.
  • For lighting products, all orders ship within 1 business day, Monday through Friday.
  • For EV charging products, all orders ship within 2 business days.
  • For tires, all orders placed before 2:30pm eastern ship the same day. Orders after 2:30pm ship the next business day.

Please note: EXPRESS SHIPMENTS ARE DELIVERED MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY ONLY. Shipping carriers may not offer all shipping service options to every location. 

Wheel Packaging
In order to ensure your order gets to you safely, each wheel is packaged and shipped individually. We make sure to package all of our wheels in sturdy boxes with protective materials, so that they arrive in pristine condition and without any scratches. You can view the packaging here.

Tracking Numbers
When your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email so that you can monitor your order's progress. If you have opted in to receive text messages during the checkout process, you will also receive text messages with order shipping and delivery information. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to appear in the shipping carrier's system.

No Signature Required
Signature is not required on our shipments. Please note that since the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping carriers are leaving signature collection up to the driver's discretion, so we are not offering this option at this time. WheelerShip is not responsible for any package confirmed delivered. If you believe your package is lost in shipping or was delivered incorrectly, please contact customer service (support@wheelership.com) right away.

Address Changes
Addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed. Before placing your order, please confirm the full address is correct, including apartment, floor, or suite number.

Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you need to cancel an order. If so, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at 877-788-8283 Option 1 and we we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if your order already has a tracking number, a cancellation can not be processed.

Return to Sender
Packages that are returned to sender for any reason, including but not limited to address undeliverable, wrong street number, or refused by recipient are subject to a return-to-sender fee and return shipping charges for each package.
